The table below contains our standard Saturdays' and Sundays' course offerings for Running and Walking. On most Saturdays we will feature two courses: one for 5 mile run and one for 3 mile walk. On most Sundays we will feature at least two courses: one for a 10 mile run and one for a 6 mile walk. Starting in late spring, we will offer longer distance running course options including ones that span nature Trails. Please refer to the Schedule link above to find the set of scheduled courses.

All courses scheduled for a given Saturday or Sunday will have the same starting location. The table below lists the standard starting locations and provides links to each course option emanating from that location. The number in the link represents the course distance in miles; the letter in the link is decoded as follows: R=Run, W=Walk, T=Trail (typically a run).

Click on the link and you will get (in most cases) step-by-step directions on how to navigate the selected course.

The table by no means represents the complete set of courses of the club. It does, however, represent our currently preferred set of (and periodically scheduled) weekend runs and walks. The link below will lead you to our complete set of courses.
