Extra Milers Run Again!
Join the EMs to get in peak shape for the spring marathon events. Until the first Sunday in March, EMs will meet at the start site of the regular RR Sunday 10 Mile course at 7:00 AM, run extra miles and return by 8:00 AM for the start of the regular 10-mile run.

The Wednesday Night Run is Back Starting Sept 9th
Join club members for a run or walk on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM. These 50-minute events start and end at the Potomac River Running store in Reston Town Center: The course is out (toward the west) for 25 minutes and back (25 minutes) on the W&OD Trail. Hydration is available.
